  • Yes. All inflatable bar’s are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on site or before being delivered to your event. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. We also safety check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order. Our goal is the safety of our customers.

  • We supply only what is needed to get the inflatable bar’s up and running. We have extension cords reaching up to 50 feet that will give us a wide area to work from. All inflatable bar’s also come with a 50 feet water hose.

  • Yes, we can. Supervision is always expected when events take place on ANY property. You will need to contact the park/place you've chosen to have the party at and ask for permission.

  • Yes, an outlet no more than 50 ft. away is needed.

  • Generally, recommend 6-8 adults in the bar at one time.

  • There will be no charge if equipment is damaged due to a defect in the unit. In the event unit is damaged due to negligence, RENTER shall pay OWNER of The Wet Bar the full fair market value of the unit.

  • In the event of rain, please exit the bar and leave it inflated to allow the water to roll off. Ensure that all electrical connections are kept out of the water to prevent any risk of electrocution. Once the rain has ceased, you may re-enter the bar and towel dry where needed.


    In the case of heavy downpours or strong winds, please turn off the blower and unplug the cord. After the rain has stopped, you may reinflate the bounce house and towel dry the inside.

  • No, a 50 feet water hose will be supplied to help reach the Inflatable Bar from your water faucet.

  • Four (4) stools come with each bar rental.

  • Yes, a deposit $100-$200 (depending on package selected) will be required at time of booking, which will be deducted from the final balance before delivery. In the event of a cancellation within 2 weeks of your party date, the deposit will be rain-checked for 1 year. If the cancellation occurs before 2 weeks of your rental, your deposit will be returned with a 5% admin fee deducted.

  • No shoes, no food, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no confetti, no sand. no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from sides, no jewelry. YOU CAN SERVE DRINKS INSIDE OF THE UNIT! All customers receive an emailed OR texted copy of the rules at time of rental.

  • No. In fact, The WET Bar does not allow pick ups. All of our delivery drivers are trained as professional installers and are to be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Our insurance requires that our installers do an onsite inspection as well. Where your safety is concerned, we do not take any chances.

  • The best option is to place the inflatable bar on top of grass which should be mowed 2 to 3 days before the event. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris (including dog droppings) to ensure the safety of the bouncers. It is the customers responsibility to clean area prior to set up. Inflatables need to be in an open area, far from trees, wires or any other thing that may cause tears, about 20 feet high. You will need to add at least 4 feet around the perimeter, so approximately 18ft x 18ft for a 14ft x 14ft bouncer.

  • We will only charge you a $50.00 cleaning fee if there are any food and/or drink stains. NO SILLY STRING is allowed to be used in or around our equipment. There will be a $80.00 fee for each stain caused by Silly String, Slime, or OTHER items that stain. Our staff will inspect the bounce house on site. In the event that it is too late to inspect the bounce house our staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the condition is which our equipment is returned to us.

  • We have a minimum rental time of 4 hours from your selected party start time. If you receive the inflatable earlier than your chosen start time, no additional payment is required. Similarly, if the inflatable is collected later than your selected end time due to company scheduling, no extra charges apply. Additional fees are only incurred when requesting extra time, such as for all day, overnight, or multi-day rentals.
